Christine Moquet loves to create contemporary jewelry using porcelain, playing on the contrast between materials – the mattness of biscuit and the soft transparency of glaze – and using techniques adapted to invent her imaginary worlds.

Her artistic creativity has led her to design collections composed of unique pieces or very small series. She loves mixing materials and experimenting with new techniques. Her career path has led her to train in jewelry techniques to create and design unique and poetic contemporary jewelry collections.

Fascinated by all the techniques that reveal and transform materials, she is constantly on the lookout for new forms of expression and adapted or renewed techniques. Her experiments revolve around her favorite material, porcelain.

She likes to create jewelry from a mix of materials rarely used in the jewelry world. She superimposes materials, giving them a new appearance and making them precious.

Transformation, the appearance of a new and different element, remains a constant in her creations and the focus of her research.

All pieces are designed entirely in her studio.
